NSLCHFH provides an affordable path to homeownership for low-income families in North St. Louis County. Through this program, qualifying families partner with the organization to build and eventually purchase their homes. Families contribute "sweat equity," working alongside volunteers and staff during the construction process. They also complete financial education and homeowner readiness training to ensure success. Homes are sold at no profit, with affordable mortgage payments that build stability for years to come.
