Established in 1996, Leadership Wooster is a program aimed at training leaders to build a stronger community. By providing educational and networking opportunities, it brings together the "best and brightest" to address local issues and needs. With over 700 alumni, the program has become an ever-increasing network of graduates who have contributed to the community by serving on boards, improving the local parks system, and creating programs within non-profit organizations and the educational system.
