Digital Literacy Program

The Digital Literacy Program will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to receive education, training and support to access technology that will assist in their efforts to attain their life goals. Individuals identified to benefit from the Digital Literacy Program will receive an assessment to determine appropriate software applications to meet their communication needs. The agency’s team members will receive training from a licensed speech pathologist on the proper use of the equipment and applications. A Communication Plan will be developed to record progress and achievements toward each participant’s identified goals.
