Recover after your workout with some relaxation in the dry sauna. Relax your muscles and clear your mind so you can be ready to hit it hard again tomorrow. If you need some extra recovery from an intense workout, schedule a Recovery session with one of our highly-trained Personal Trainers. They will stretch and roll you out to release the intensity in your muscles. Recovery sessions are typically 25 minutes in length and contain a variety of rejuvenation techniques, including mobility drills, corrective exercise, passive stretching, and percussive therapy. You will feel completely rejuvenated and relaxed at the end of your session.
