Under the direction and supervision of the Shelter Manager, the role of the Residential Coordinators is to provide for the immediate safety, shelter, food, and clothing needs of clients in the Shelter. Residential Coordinators provide 24/7/365 shelter coverage and hotline response in various shifts. The guiding principles of this position are defined within the framework of woman-defined advocacy and respect for the individual womans needs and goals.
