Keep Your Air Conditioner In Perfect Operation

We are excited to let our customers know we have an amazing maintenance program to help keep your AC unit in tip-top shape. There are three programs you can take advantage of. The one-year, two-year, or three-year preventative maintenance program. Two checkups a year and a rigorous 22-step checklist help to ensure that your air and heat are consistently running at optimal performance. We service Ocala and The Villages in Florida. 22-POINT COOLING AND HEATING PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST

1. Check and clean outside condenser coil
2. Spray self-rinsing coil cleaner on the indoor coil
3. Check operating pressure for proper refrigerant
4. Check electric heat operation and clean elements
5. Check thermostat calibration
6. Check gas heat operation (If applicable) (Fall)
7. Check safety controls where applicable
8. Check and clean heat exchanger (If applicable) (Fall)
9. Check and tighten all electrical connections
10. Inspect Freon line insulation
11. Check voltage and amperage on motors & compressor
12. Check the low voltage transformer’s output
13. Check and adjust fan components
14. Check blower fan control board settings
15. Safety and efficiency check of low voltage wires
16. Check thermostat settings
17. Replace air filters (1” Filters only) (4” additional charge) (Multiple Filters additional charge)
18. Check for correct air flow
19. Lubricate motors where applicable
20. Check and clean condensate drain line
21. Check starting components
22. Add drain pan tabs to the evaporator drain pan
