Administrative Proceedings

Our firm has a wide range of experience in a Federal, Illinois, and Local Government Administrative Proceedings. Much of this experience lies in the areas of filing and defending claims by and between employees and employers under the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Human Rights Commission, and the Decatur Human Relations Commission. Our firm has experience dealing with both formal and informal Illinois Secretary of State hearings pertaining to the reinstatement of driving privileges. Other representative areas of experience include property tax assessment appeals, property tax exemption representation, Illinois Board of Education, and the US Department of Education, among others.
