Our firm handles all aspects of employment law, including representation of employees and employers. This practice includes representation of employers in discrimination, wage, and wrongful termination claims filed by employees with the state of Illinois, Federal Government, and local government entities, such as the Decatur Human Relations Commission. We draft and advise employers as to employment policies and handbooks, advise as to employment disputes, and draft and advise employers in severing employment relationships. We offer many of the same services to employees and are well versed in all aspects of employment law.
