Employment Services

Coleman Employment Services works in conjunction with area agencies that have an interest in assisting youth and adults obtain and maintain employment. The employment coordinators help find meaningful employment for people with disabilities as well as veterans and those with misdemeanors or felonies. These services can be used by those with the following disabilities:

• Mental or physical disabilities
• Mental or physical health limitations
• Drug and/or alcohol dependencies
• Developmental disabilities
• Disabilities related to military service
• Auditory or visual impairments

All age ranges are served, from young adults to senior citizens. The programs provided supply area adults and youth with connections to local employers and the support they need to succeed.

These employment services exist to improve individuals’ lives by helping them build the skills necessary to achieve and sustain successful and competitive employment.
