Welcome to the Career Volunteer Mentor Program (CVMP), a transformative 6-week virtual experience designed to foster cross-cultural learning and economic connectedness. At CVMP, we pair JP moms with passionate career professionals, creating a powerful alliance that rewrites narratives and breaks down systemic barriers.

This unique program offers both current and alumni JP moms the opportunity to connect with experienced career professionals who are dedicated to empowering single mothers. Throughout the program, each pair engages in four 1:1 sessions, following our specialized CVMP curriculum.

For JP moms, CVMP is a gateway to harnessing their leadership and problem-solving skills and rewriting the narratives that often hinder career growth. Participants learn to leverage their experiences, create impactful career profiles on LinkedIn, and translate their strengths into tangible competencies and skill sets. The guidance, advice, and support from their Career Volunteer Mentor play a pivotal role in this empowering journey.

As a Career Volunteer Mentor, you will gain invaluable insights into the systemic challenges faced by single mothers seeking economic mobility. Our trauma-informed mentorship training equips you with the tools to provide effective support and coaching to emerging professionals. Your contribution will directly impact the lives of these dedicated individuals, fostering their success and career growth.
