Experience a challenging and safe workout in a near weightless, zero-impact environment with our water fitness classes. Our programs range from gentle warm water joint and range of motion classes to high-intensity aerobic sessions. All classes are 45-60 minutes long and led by qualified instructors. Best of all, these classes are free for members.
Arthritis Program: The YMCA Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program focuses on improving range of motion, flexibility, coordination, and endurance for members with arthritis. Participants should consult their physician before joining. Classes are held in the Family Pool.
Power Waves: This high-intensity cardio workout in shallow water incorporates cardio, endurance, and muscle toning, making it an excellent cross-training option for land-based exercise programs. Classes are held in the Lap Pool.
